Minitoe Maternity & Baby Photoshoot Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview:
1.1. This agreement is entered into by and between Minitoe , hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
1.2. The Photographer agrees to provide maternity and/or baby photoshoot services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.


2. Booking and Payment:
2.1. To secure the services of the Photographer, a non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking.
2.2. The remaining balance shall be paid days prior to the scheduled photoshoot date.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
3.1. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the booking fee is non-refundable.
3.2. The Client may request to reschedule the photoshoot at least 2 days prior to the original date, subject to the Photographer's availability.
3.3. If the Photographer must cancel the photoshoot for unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided to the Client.

4. Photoshoot Details
4.1. The location, date, and time of the photoshoot will be agreed upon by both parties.
4.2. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture quality images, but cannot guarantee specific results.
4.3. The Client is responsible for providing necessary information about preferences, poses, and special requests in advance.

5. Image Delivery
5.1. The Photographer will deliver the edited high-resolution images within 3 days after the photoshoot.
5.2. The Client will receive the images in a digital format, with the option to purchase prints or other products at an additional cost.

6. Usage Rights
6.1. The Client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the images.
6.2. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Client Cooperation
7.1. The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer and follow any instructions provided for a successful photoshoot.
7.2. The Photographer is not responsible for suboptimal results if the Client fails to cooperate or adhere to instructions.

8. Liability
8.1. The Photographer is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the photoshoot.
8.2. The Client is responsible for the behavior of individuals accompanying them during the photoshoot.

9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction.

10. Agreement Acceptance
10.1. The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
10.2. The Agreement is considered accepted upon payment of the booking fee.
